Center for Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy (CCCJP) is a not-for-profit policy think tank founded in 2020. It is legally registered in Uganda under the Registration Number: 80020002331955. CCCJP was established to promote the use of forensic science in the administration of criminal justice in Uganda through evidence-based policy research, advocacy, training and capacity building on crime and criminal justice.
CCCPJ’s works seeks to address concerns such as miscarriages of justice, increasing crime rates, and recidivism. CCCJP is committed to
ensuring fairness, equality and human rights in the administration of criminal justice through influencing criminal and criminal justice policy, institutions, systems to adopt best practice. CCCPJ’s work targets criminal justice professionals and practitioners, law enforcement agencies, criminal court users, academics, policy makers and their advisors, civil society organisations, and the wider public.

quality scholarly materials on crime, criminality, criminal law, human rights
and criminal justice in Uganda.
